Turn Trusted Care into Paid Support From Someone You Already Know & Trust.
At Live 2 Give Home Health Care, we believe care should feel personal, empowering, and rooted in trust. That’s why we help you hire the people who already know you best—your friends and family—as your caregivers. Through the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program, you stay in charge of your care, maintain your independence, and live life on your terms, while we handle the paperwork, payroll, and program details.
Through self-directed care programs, you are empowered to choose who provides your care—whether that’s a trained caregiver, a trusted friend, or even a family member. This model allows you to stay in charge while receiving the assistance you need.
With the right support, you can continue enjoying the comfort of your home, staying connected to your community, and making your own choices about daily routines.
We believe that when people are given the chance to remain independent, their confidence grows, their health improves, and their overall quality of life is stronger.
We understand that your independence is deeply personal. Our goal is not to take over, but to support you in living the way you want to live. With the right help, you can stay in your home, maintain control over your choices, and focus on the things that matter most to you.
